  • Tai Chi with Richard Bonsteel

    Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative martial art that harmonizes slow, flowing movements with deep, mindful breathing.  Rooted in ancient Chinese traditions, it enhances physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while promoting the free flow of energy, “qi”, throughout the body.

  • Feel Good Yoga & Meditation with Anais Ortiz

    Feel Good Yoga emphasizes a deep connection with the body's inner wisdom to cultivate whole-hearted wellbeing. Through slower, rhythmic, and intentional movements students are guided to tune in, listen, and develop intimate communication with their body's experience.

     This meditation offering emphasizes the practice of returning to being with yourself in each moment. Through mindfulness of the body and breath, students will learn to cultivate awareness of their present experience and hone their ability to bring attention where it is needed.

    Iyengar Yoga is a traditional, precise, and mindful practice rooted in alignment, breath, and body awareness. It emphasizes the use of props and detailed instructions to ensure safe and effective practice, making it accessible to students of all levels.

    Qi Gong focuses on specific postures and breath patterns to enhance energy flow, promote healing, and improve overall vitality. Rooted in ancient Chinese medic ine, it is a powerful tool for reducing stress, increasing flexibility, and restoring harmony within the body and mind.
