Ashley believes it is important to try and help people understand what is going on within their body and why they are experiencing certain symptoms.
“Acupuncture is a call to action for the body to work towards healing itself. I often tell my patients, ‘I’m not doing the work, you are! I just facilitate.’ I went to school to learn to speak ‘body’, and Chinese Medicine with its centuries worth of observation of the human mind, body, and spirit along with its diagnostic criterion allow me to understand what is going on internally, and work to tell your body how to correct its imbalances on its own.” –Ashley Upham Rothseiden, AP

The Biomagnetic and Bioenergetic scans involve the use of magnets that are able to detect distortions in the pH that can be caused by injury, infection, illness, and genetic factors. Reestablishing proper pH helps the body to heal itself and creates a homeostatic environment that makes it difficult for pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, and funguses to thrive in. Ionic Foot Detoxes are helpful for general detoxification. Both are helpful in achieving and maintaining whole body wellness.
On a personal note, Allyson is married and the mother of four grown children, two terrier mix puppies, and a Sealpoint Siamese cat. She loves any outdoor activity, gardening, water sports, live music, and spending time with friends and family.
